Yes. Tribal masks can be removed with laser tattoo removal. I would suggest you to look into Pico lasers and providers with experience who use Pico technology. The cost varies since it depends on the location of the provider and how many treatments you will need. Good luck. 

I would recommend a 1064 laser if you are darker skinned.  We use the picoway which is a 1064 and pico technology. This can remove tribal tattoos on skin types 1 to 6 excellently.  If the tattoo is raised the ink or color can often be removed but the raised scarring may remain.  Consult a physician.
