I think everything looks great, its going to take some time for everythig to settle and round out though so just be patient
I don't see anything alarming about the position of the areola in the photograph given the proximity the operation. I think much of this will improve as the swelling subsides.
For 2 weeks post op, your nipple position looks good and not too close together in my opinion. Best of luck with recovery.
You seem to have the normal swelling for 2-3 weeks after surgery. The shape and nipple areola position look appropriate. It will take about 3 months for all of the swelling to dissipate so that you can appreciate the final results.
You are still very early in the post operative period. The center of your nipple appears to be in the meridian of the breast. Given time the bottom of the breast will relax and your breast shape will improve.
Based on your photo the nipple looks centered over the meridian or midline of the breast, not too close together. We cannot tell from the photo if you had a T pattern lift though if you did this might explain the flat bottom. This too should relax over time.
I am sure if you had posted a before photo we would see you have inward riding or positioned N/As. Early result looks OK but appears as a square effect inferiorly.
Thank you for the question and pictures. Based on the pictures, in my opinion, your nipple/areola complexes are positioned appropriately, on each breast mound/implant. Overall, based on photographs, nice results achieved with breast surgery. Best wishes.
It is always better to compare preop photos when answering this type of question. Nonetheless, the nipples and areolas seem centered on the breasts, and properly positioned. All the best.
Thank you for your question and photograph. You are early in your recovery and there is significant swelling especially on the outside of your breasts that are pushing the nipples inward.s you get further along in your recovery, swelling decreases, and the breast become softer and more normally positioned your nipples should move more towards the sides of your chest.
At size 32 each 100 cc's of implant corresponds to 1 cup size change. If you are an A and want to be at least a C, you require 200 cc implants. Certainly, 295 cc implants are more than enough. However, in your photographs you appear to be asymmetrical with your left areola...
At size 34 each 100 cc's of implant corresponds to 1 cup size change. Since you are a 34 A and want to be a D, 300 cc's would be adequate. I recommend silicone gel placed retro-pectoral since they look and feel more natural and are less likely to ripple. I do not believe you...
Even though your implants are underneath the pectoralis muscle this is no guarantee that some contour issues can arise after surgery. It is much more common in very thin individuals. Saline implants are more prone to the problem although silicone gel implants are certainly not immune to it.
A cup size of bra is considered approximately 200 cc's in an implant. This is an estimation. Therefore a 300 cc implant may add 1 1/2 cup sizes. You are probably an exception to this rule because you are a petite individual. I do agree with your doctor and would highly...
Simple answer, if you have a real allergy than you should deffinately not use the cream as you could have a severe life threatning reaction
It is quite common for the two breasts to heal differently. One may swell more, one may feel more uncomfortable, or the shapes may differ initially. After complete healing, they should look more similar and natural. Patience is required, but if you are concerned, ask questions to your doctor or...
