HiI would not do velashape within 6 weeks of sculptra. The heat has the potential to dissolve the filler and the tissue manipulation may move it. I would wait a good couple months to see what your results are for the sculptra before you throw another treatment at the tush. Perhaps you will be happy and not have to spend more time and money. It is not unusual to have pain after the velashape treatment. It may be due to dehydration and skin tightening. Therefore, it is recommended to hydrate after the velashape and moisturize the area that has been treated.
