12 days after PRK, left eye is clear but right eye is blurry. Is it normal? How many days do I need to wait for it to clear up?

See your doctor. Suddenly not being able to see is very unusual. If you can see, but its very blurry, then perhaps the surface skin of the eye is wrinkled or has slid off. There are easy treatments for that.
