Is it okay to get Kleresca (Blue light therapy) while on high dose Accutane?

I'm on a high dose of accutane (100mg) and I'm still breaking out. I want to combine the treatment with light therapy kleresca. Is it okay to do so? Studies only talk about a low dose?
