I want braces without more teeth extractions. I have bimaxillary protrusion. What options do I have? (photos)

I have to get bicuspid teeth removed. I am against that because extractions creating my space then I need. looking for 4mm of retraction. Ive had wisdom teeth extractions don't want 4 more teeth removed? Are there other options out there without extracting teeth? Expanders for top and bottom jaws? Damon braces? I had orthodontist who suggested getting TADs without getting extractions. I'm scared about that option because I've read about molars tipping back, chipping, and even receding gums.
