Will Venus Legacy fix botched abdomen lipo from years ago?

I had lipo 2 times. When I was 21 and again at 26 and am now 29 (no kids no weight gain good skin texture). The reason I had it twice was because it was lumpy the first time with many indentations. The 2nd go made it worse. Still no abs, just smaller, lumpy waist. Can 6 treatments of Venus fix the lumps and show some ab muscle definition? Or do I go for a 3rd lipo?
