Moderate boxcar scar - Am I a candidate for surgical dermabrasion? (Photos)

Question

I have moderate boxcar scar both my check some rolling scar. Overall scar is shallow to moderate. But skin uneven is main problem. I'm in bright brow skin. not a lot fairy. I want to do dermabrasion. Please tell me if I can do dermabrasion? 3 microneedling session have done in last 4 months. But they have not improvement 1%.

At least from the photos provided, by far and away, ice pick scars appear to be the predominant scar type. If this is indeed the case, TCA CROSS would therefore top the list for treatment. With TCA CROSS the acid is placed down the shafts of the ice pick scars and not applied to the surface of the skin. 
With your skin type, I would be especially concerned about pigmentary complications, especially post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation following any treatments, such as dermabrasion or chemical peels applied all over the skin surface. 
I am not surprised with your lack of success with microneedling,, since microneedling is best reserved for treating skin texture and color irregularities AFTER appropriate prior treatments for the scarring have been done. It is not a particularly effective therapy for the scars themselves. Sorry.
You would be wise to consult with a board certified cosmetic dermatologist scar treatment specialist before proceeding. Hope this helps and best of luck.
