I am 42 and have a class 3 malocclusion. Would like it corrected. What are my options? (Photo)

It is not clear from your description if you are looking for a facial change, bite correction or smile improvement.I would seek another opinion and make sure that it is an orthodontic specialist.  Preferably one with some experience, (10+ years in practice is a good number).  If the person who you saw previously offered to do veneers, he was probably a dentist who also did orthodontics.  Bites such as yours really require an experienced specialist to provide a comprehensive diagnosis and list of treatment possibilities.
