Can someone who appears to have more hair loss on top and crown have dupa later in life? Also is the pattern of hair loss in dupa same as dpa(without temple thinning) just generalised overall thinning?

For some patients in can take up to 6-9 months to see a return to more normal growth patterns and excess hair to dissappear. Because you have only used it a very short time, the exces hair wil likely disappear within 3-4 months.
