Does the thinning of donor hair in DUPA occur at the same speed and time as the hair in crown top and temples or later?

Can someone who appears to have more hair loss on top and crown have dupa later in life? Also is the pattern of hair loss in dupa same as dpa(without temple thinning) just generalised overall thinning?

The speed and pattern of Diffuse unpatterned hair loss (DUPA) is absolutely different. Men can start thinning in the frontal and mid scalp at 18-22 only to realize the donor is thinning throughout the 20s. This is among the many reasons why a hair transplant is not usually a good idea in the teens and early 20s.
