It’s been about a year and a half to two years since I had braces and after my braces came off I noticed my gums were pretty puffy/swollen. Now, they’re still the same size. I’ve brushed and flossed the same amount. My orthodontist said that they would just go down on their own in max 3 months after I got them off, but clearly that did not happen. I don’t like the way it looks and I’m honestly concerned. My teeth are relatively tiny so it is noticeable.
