I want to raise the height of my four front teeth's gumline by about 2mm to match the height of my canines. I marked the ideal height for me in white lines in the photo. Am I a candidate?

You are a candidate for gum contouring. You will more than likely also require some bone removal, otherwise the gums will grow back. Good luck!
