I had a facelift last year (02/2022) and had a strange side effect. I have a big red patch on my check. I've had 4 microneedling sessions and there has been improvement but I have a long way togo. I'm thinking maybe I should try the fraxel laser. Or should I just keep doing the microneedling till I get the result I want. I can't stand the thought of having to live with this patch on my face. Thank you
