Considering a brow lift with PDO thread. Is there a long term risk of stretching my skin?

I am considering a brow lift with PDO barbed thread in order to achieve a higher brow and more almond shaped eye. Is there a long term risk of stretching my skin and ultimately make it sag in the future. I am only 24

I would not be concerned about any long term issues as far as skin stretching. The threads do absorb and build collagen so your chances of having the skin stretch would be very low.

Hello,Thank you for your question. PDO is polydioxanone which is an absorbable suture that dissolves over 6-9 months. The results are immediate and can continue to build collagen over time. I would not be concerned about stretching of the skin. Make sure you get a good consultation with pre/post care so you understand the swelling and bruising that can be associated with threads.
