Does Mesotherapy work for a fatty nose?

I like my nose profile and I am too scared to go under the knife however I've always been self conscious about the ball of fat at the tip of my nose. I don't know if it's fat or muscle to be honest but if I could slim it down slightly I would be delighted. Is Mesotherapy the treatment I'm looking for? I haven't find barely anything online about Mesotherapy for the nose.
