I think I have bimaxillary protrusion, would braces be enough to fix this? (Photos)

My lower teeth and crowded and results in the lower front teeth to be sticking out, which makes my mouth protrude more, would braces solve theis issue or the protrusion of my mouth has to be solved with double jaw surgery.
