Your teeth are indeed straight and white. However your smile looks crooked because your muscles around the mouth are not working in symmetry. You show more of your teeth on your RHS. Muscle action can be asymmetrical and perfectly natural. Sometimes one can use Botox to even out muscle action and improve the symmetry. I would not recommend surgery.
