I got my braces off about 6 months ago which fixed a bad overbite due to tongue thrusting with help from my orthodontist I was able to fix my tongue thrust. As you can see in the pictures I have these white lines which I am insecure about. I feel as if my gums are also swollen above my front teeth. Would extractions fix this ? Please help

From the posted pictures, your teeth are in good alignment. The asymmetry that you observe is from the unevenly placed gum tissue. A minor laser assisted procedure called gingivoplasty can can recontour your gums to give a perfect smile.
