What would you recommend for my pushed back incisor? (Photo)

I’m really conscious about my teeth. My right lateral incisor is pushed back as seen on the photo what would you recommend my teeth aren’t really that straight either.

You have a narrow V-shaped dental arch, this is why your upper incisor is misplaced. In order to create space to properly align your teeth you first need to make your V-shaped arch more U-shaped. This is done with a simple, comfortable, removable appliance. After your V-shaped arch is U-shaped you will have sufficient space to align your teeth with braces; or possibly Invisalign. Good luck!

This is an orthodontic issue.  There is a lot to consider before giving any treatment recommendations.  I would seek the services of a very good orthodontist or general dentist with orthodontic experience.
