I recently got braces. I have a ‘weak’ chin, protruding lips, and an undefined jaw line. Will braces fix these issues? (Photos)

I recently got braces on my top half. In a couple weeks I will get them on the bottom half as well. I have an overbite & my teeth are quite crooked. As part of my orthodontic treatment, two teeth will be extracted from the top. I really dislike my lower third and am wonder will braces fix my protruding lips, ‘weak’ chin and undefined jawline
