After my Invisalign treatment I notice my temples and cheeks have sunken. Is this normal?

I've started invisalighn treatment I'm into my 13th tray and have notice my temples and cheeks have sunken in .... Would these go back to normal after my treatment is complete ?

It is an option but doesn't really make sense. Invisalign charges the same to the doctor if they treat one arch or two. So, just get invisalign on both and be done.
