So my top row of teeth are slanted from tmj. my Orthodontist said Invisalign will fix it but I'm scared he's wrong and I'll need surgery to fix the misalignment . I've heard so many things going wrong please help IM SCARED . have yall had success about Invisalign fixing the slant with a bridge (the 3 front teeth) on the top . I would just like to know for comfort. THANKS !

Orthodontics is the way to go for your case, either with traditional braces or Invisalign. A nightguard is to just prevent you from clinching at night time. It will not address your unable to eat issue.
