Can Invisalign do a good job with this difficult case and do I need extractions to straighten my teeth?? (see photos)

I have treated many similar cases like yours in the past with excellent results.  You should seek the services of a highly experienced invisalign provider in your area for more treatment information. Nothing is too tough for Invisalign nowadays, but it all depends on your Invisalign provider's experience with the product and the wait time that you're comfortable with.  You won't need to have that tooth extracted, but to have that tooth moved into the correct location, it will take much longer treatment time than if you would extract that tooth.  Talk and meet with couple of Invisalign providers to see how long each option will take.

Dear enquirer, you do have a moderate overate with moderate overcrowding. This would add up to having too little space to fit the teeth into a nice shape. In my experience I have treated similar patients with Invisalign, but you should have 4 premolars removed so as to get the best result and avoid inter proximal aggressive stripping.
