Invisalign attachments taste really sour, is that safe?

I just got my invisalign attachment put up like 2 days ago, since then I keep having this odd sour taste coming from the attachments in my mouth, is that safe? I am worried.

This will not have a great effect on your treatment, however you maybe a day behind throughout the rest of your treatment. If your second set fits in 4 days great, but do not make a habit of forgetting. YOu may not be as luck further into your treatment.

The cracked tooth should be extracted as soon as possible to prevent any further bone loss due to the crack. The grafting should be done at the time of the extraction. The implant, however, should not be placed until after the teeth have been moved with Invisalign. Sounds like your dentist's...
