Can I get PPC fat dissolve solution in the front part of my thighs? (Photo)

I have stubborn fat covering the front of my thighs. When I pinch the fat, a fold of around 2-3 cm forms. Is it possible to work with PPC solutions in this area, considering the length of the needle is 12-13mm?

So, Lipobean is a brand name for phosphatidylcholine. Another treatment called Kybella is a brand name for deoxycholate. Both are good compounds that can be used independently or together to dissolve fat in the jowl and lower chin area and other small areas of fat in the body....
