Can I get PPC fat dissolve solution in the front part of my thighs? (Photo)

I have stubborn fat covering the front of my thighs. When I pinch the fat, a fold of around 2-3 cm forms. Is it possible to work with PPC solutions in this area, considering the length of the needle is 12-13mm?
