Can I do HIFU before performing thread lift and how long should I wait?

PDO threadlift after HIFU. I am 20 y/o female and have done thread lift before but I never try HIFU. I'm thinking to have combination of both treatments but I dont have answers which treatment should be done first. Most articles say that we should wait at least 3 months after PDO to do thermal treatments.But can we do HIFU before performing threadlift and how long should we wait?
