Can I do HIFU before performing thread lift and how long should I wait?

PDO threadlift after HIFU. I am 20 y/o female and have done thread lift before but I never try HIFU. I'm thinking to have combination of both treatments but I dont have answers which treatment should be done first. Most articles say that we should wait at least 3 months after PDO to do thermal treatments.But can we do HIFU before performing threadlift and how long should we wait?

Waiting couple weeks post treatment for post treatment swelling to resolve is recommended if the treatment is in the same area. If the thread treatment is not in the same area as the filler, can be done immediately. Thanks LOVA
