I had a root canal done March 20th, and it was infected so they did a temporary filling with no crown. I’m supposed to go back tomorrow, but I cancelled it until this coming weekend. Now I feel like it’s about to come out. What should I do? Also, what do they do after the temporary filling?

Its almost impossible to match a crown to a single front tooth. I have worked with some amazing ceramists over the years who have successfully matched a single front tooth. However, over time things change and their will be a color mismatch. The especially happens if you whiten your teeth...
It takes time to fully heal from a surgery. It is very unlikely that a tooth will just fall out. You can expect things to feel differently after a surgery for several weeks. I would give everything a full 6-8 weeks to heal before worrying too much.
You could have a cavity under a crown. There could be canals that weren’t found and so were not cleaned and filled. It’s possible there is a crack in one or both teeth. All of these are possibilities, the only way to know is to see a dentist for an exam and x-ray.
