After LASIK again my flap opened and cleaned. Will it effect my eye power?

After LASIK doctor identified some small fiber particular in my right eye. So doctor open my right eye flap and again cleaned and closed. After 2 days my left eye vision perfect . but my right eye vision not as well compaire to left eye. Whether reopen my cornea and re cleaned effected my eye vision . whether my right eye will get clear vision. ?

From what you have reported, I don't see anything of concern.  Having a small fiber particle under the flap that needs to irrigated out is not uncommon.  A good surgeon will notice it and get rid of it before it causes you problems later.  If this is done right after lasik is completed, then usually there will be delay in vision recovery.  But if this is done a few days after lasik, then the recovery clock restarts.  However, I would find this unlikely to affect your visual outcome.
