I have been suffering from keretosis pilaris on my arms (both upper and lower) ,back, shoulders , neck and lower jaw area for the past 4 years. I am 18 year old female, Indian.

Hi, Thanks for your query and photos. Salicyclic peels are ideal, but not advisable on all the areas mentioned to avoid complications. Definitely glycolic and lactic acid peels will help you. Topical retinols as a maintenance cream will keep the condition under control. Do not forget to use a sunscreen after these treatments. Good Luck.

Glycolic peels will help lift some pigmentation from the effected areas but are not strong enough to unplug the follicles. I would suggest having a light microdermabrasion followed by a Salicylic peel which is a kerolytic. You can have these treatments done 3-4 weeks apart for best results.
