In the past I had a very bad orthodontic treatment which ended up with extraction of canine and premolar from lower left jaw. So I want to know is it possible to regain space for an Canine implant. And will I have to get my wisdom tooth removed?

Answer: Orthodontics Too bad you lost the canine. It is such an important tooth. I really cannot answer your question from this x-ray alone. To place an implant 6 mm of space is the minimum. Ask your orthodontist if he can create 6mm of space. If the wisdom tooth is removed, then the other teeth can be moved backward, but again I would need to see you in person to determine if this is appropriate and necessary for your situation.
