In the past I had a very bad orthodontic treatment which ended up with extraction of canine and premolar from lower left jaw. So I want to know is it possible to regain space for an Canine implant. And will I have to get my wisdom tooth removed?

Hi vanessa, Your roots are indeed short and I am impressed that you recognized the risk. I would suggest using Invisalign because the system is very predictable and your provider can ask Invisalign to slow down movements which will move the teeth more slowly and place less forces on the roots....
Dear Noorlight, I really cannot tell much from your photographs. The appearance of your chin will not change with orthodontics. Your photographs do not show the teeth. The tooth positions will change with orthodontics though an underbite is a difficult arrangement to treat. Dr. Neal
Dear isaagutierrezz, I imagine that after spending all that time and money on orthodontics, a gap is quite disturbing. Gaps form when the space available is greater than the combined widths of the teeth. Talk with your orthodontist about options. Perhaps the best resolution is to work with...
