Please help me. My skin and hormonal acne has become worse. Can this ever be cured ? Can IPL laser cure this? (Photo)

I've got salicylic peels and the acne came back. What can I do ? Can spironolactone , dermaroller and ipl laser clear it with epiduo gel or salicylic acid 2 percent serum.
