Hello!Try applying the tretinoin every other night for two weeks to help your skin become acclimated to the topical. Using a retinoid every night is optimal but at least three times a week to be effective. A topical hydrocortisone can be helpful with the itchiness...but no coconut oil, very comedogenic for the face. Oil-free is best for your skin type. Stay away!
