Bump under right eye five years after SMILE (small incision lenticule extraction) surgery

I am 28 years old, had SMILE eye surgery 66 months back, since then I am seeing lot of puffiness under one eye. Even when I touch under eye area of right eye I feel a small collection of skin/ bumb but it is soft.Need guidance what is the reason amd how this can be corrected.

They should have dilated you & done a wet AR & MR, plus a modern HD treatment isn’t in quarter diopters, it’s +/- 0.01 D

You have to get an evaluation as soon as possible because the diagnostic can be variable, but it can be nevus (freckle of the eye) or something of concern.
