Can I use braces to align teeth if I have teeth bone loss? My age is 27 (Photo)

My top front teeth are not aligned they are pushed forward and so are bottom front. Attached xray to know that i can use braces to fix this because I have teeth bone loss..or I can remove those front teeth and get dental implants will it solve the problem.
