Can Phlebectomy remove my prominent foot veins? (photo)

Hi, im 33, f, and I have ugly bulging veins.. this was never like this before but the sedentary lifestyle in the pasf 2 years aggravated my veins and im starting to feel some pain and discomfort. Photo for reference What surgical treatment can help me? Thanks a lot
