Is this swelling after implant surgery normal? (Photo)

I had dental implant surgery 3 days ago in the spaces where my teeth are obviously missing. The right side is swollen and the left side isn’t. Is this something to be concerned about? The pain at this point is minimal and only bothers me when there is pressure on that area. My stitches also fell out on their own tonight. I have a follow up appointment with my doctor in a couple days I just wanna make sure I don’t have to go in sooner.
