Should I go for PicoSure or a chemical peel for dark underarms? (photos)

So I have underarm pigmentation and one of my underarms is a bit lighter than the other. Im looking for procedures to lighten my armpit area. One doctor suggested chemical peels and another doctor suggested Picosure laser. Im confused which one to go for?
