I had a bone graft on the lower right jaw and three screws placed for implants three weeks ago. I still have swelling and pain?

Motrin 800 helps but am taking about every six hours to control it. I also take tramadol in the evening to help. This doesn’t feel normal. I’ve also started to have some discomfort on my neck and shoulder (same side) and discomfort to center of chest. Cardiac issue ruled out by ED so far (stress test this week). Appt to see oral surgeon In two days. Hoping to hold out until then!! I feel miserable!!
