How long does it take to regrow the lost hair with Finasteride?

Hello there. I am Ajay. I am 22 years old now. I am taking Finasteride 1 mg tablets from the past one and half month and I want to know how much time it takes to regrow the lost hair and how much time it takes to thicken the hair? I am not bald but I lost hair at temples area and I have small vellus hair below the hair line, Is it those vellus hairs grow thicker if I continue to use these finasteride?? Please suggest me
