I've tried Benadryl pills, daily Zyrtec, ice packs, hydracortisone and triamcinolone acetonide topical. Normally I am red, itchy but never SWOLLEN like this. Any suggestions or is this normal?

Looks like a minor inflammation. That means that the hair follicles received significant amount of energy and is going away. If there is no itching, you can just nothing and await getting better in 3 to 5 days. Otherwise using coconut oil can decrease the inflammation.
