I recently finished my adult orthodontic treatment (took 28 months). I had upper premolars removed. I feel my teeth are pulled far too in. Both upper and lower teeth having a backward slant. My smile looks unnatural like I'm wearing dentures. The pulling in of the lower jaw has also resulted in a pointy ugly chin. I am meeting my orthodontist but I need advice on what is the best way forward so that I can have a clear, concise conversation with my doctor. I am very disappointed with the outcome.
