Any way to make my smile bigger?

This is a bit of a different question. I was wondering if there is any possible way to get a great smile and that means getting bigger teeth basically? If your teeth are small and you want big, round teeth to show, like a huge smile, and the mouth is also wider as are the lips, basically just get a more open, wider and bigger smile with bigger teeth.does this come under the category of full mouth reconstruction and is it possible? Also am I able to balance my smile out more? I feel like it’s crooked.

You're an excellent candidate for porcelain veneers!
Veneers are wafer thin shells of porcelain that get bonded to the front of your teeth. In addition to giving you bigger teeth, you can correct the slant of your teeth that gives it a crooked look. Veneers can also be used to balance the symmetry, and give you a white smile that will not discolor or stain.
Seek out an expert in your area and have them do a diagnostic wax-up to see if you like how things look. Based on what your goals are, I don't think you'll need a full mouth rehab.

A good cosmetic dentist can give you a bigger smile using porcelain veneers. You may only need to do this on the upper teeth.

You can definitely make your smile bigger with porcelain veneers.  There may not be a need for a full mouth reconstruction, however due to limited photo it is difficult to give you accurate advice. This option can also help with the crooked smile.

It is important to understand what caused your current smile to understand the treatment approach.  You have a severely underdeveloped maxilla leading to a six tooth smile with dark buccal corridors.  Treatment can address this by growing your maxilla with a removable DNA appliance worn 16 hours/day to grow the bone orthopedically and the airway through a process called Pneumopedics.  This will not only grow you a full wide natural smile but increase support of facial tissues.  Ideally a 10-12 tooth smile is obtainable.It is possible to surgical expansion which is faster by various methods like a SARPE or Surgically Assisted Rapid Palatal Expansion.It is also possible to prosthetically create the illusion of a full healthy smile without correcting the foundation or airway.  If Veneers were wanted after Expansion with the DNA Appliance results would be far superior and easier to maintain then if done with just veneers.Epigenetic Orthodontics is my first choice of treatment.  I will also create an overall healthier physiologic structure.Ira L Shapira DDS, D,ABDSM, D,AAPM, FICCMO
