I have been on Nystatin, Fluconazole, and Magic Mouthwash but still get a white tongue that is sensitive, what are we missing?

Atran2839
3 months of issues after starting 2nd Invisalign retainer. I was treated for thrush w/ 2 rounds of Nystatin and 7 days of Fluconazole. The thicker white areas cleared up but my tongue was still has cracks, inflamed taste buds & still turns white. We adjusted the retainers, no luck. I have gone back to the 1st retainer, meh results. Is something else wrong and the retainers are only irritating it? Or did the retainer do so much damage before we began tweaking it that my tongue just hasn't healed?
