I am currently on tray 13/39 in my invisalign treatment. My teeth were straight prior to starting, it's just that a periodontist did an occlusal adjustment, changing my bite completely by retracting lower arch. At my consult, the ortho advised that he would be able to move the lower arch forward as well as opening up my now deep bite. He decided all of this without doing a ceph. Now my face looks so asymmetrical and I'm afraid that my bone structure and ethnicity were not considered in my plan.
