I got my braces taken off on March 17th of this year. I wore my retainer only slightly for the 1st month and then I stopped wearing them. I tried wearing both my plastic retainer and my wire retainer. Both of them don't fit my teeth because my teeth have shifted a lot. I'm very worried and afraid that I will be scalded by my orthodontist.
