Your concerns are valid according to the pictures you send. Often times when there is a sudden change in the cosmetics of your teeth, it takes sometime to get used to the changes. If you are happy with the size and shape of your current teeth, I recommend to have teeth whitening done on your lower teeth first, then evaluate your smile to see if you are happy with the colors. If then you are unhappy you always have the option of changing the crowns. Just a point worth noting is that often cosmetic dentistry is done with a design in mind of the smile prior to starting of the treatment. Most often an impression is taken of the current teeth and a wax model is made for the design prior to making final decisions on the shape and size of the teeth, at that point the proper color/shade which a patient desires is chosen, all prior to start of the treatment. I would try whitening your bottom teeth first to see if you can get them to a closer match. If you do not like the color of your new veneers, there is nothing you can do but replace them with a shade closer to your own natural teeth. Getting used to the crowns is often a matter of time because they are larger than what you had. If it doesn't get better and you decide to have them redone, then you can talk to the dentist about making them a little thinner.
