Is it possible to reverse double jaw surgery and genioplasty?

I had double jaw surgery andand genioplasty. Is it possible to have at leas a reverse lower jaw and genioplasty surgery? By that I mean that I want my artificial bones removed and to restore the position of the bones that was before the operation.
