Thank you for your question.  There are a number of good laser options available to help you achieve your goal of a more toned stomach.  I personally recommended the Skintyte laser treatment.  It is an excellent option with minimal to no downtime and results that last.  Depending on your motivation (exercise), it may require a few additional treatments to help you achieve your goal.  A belly button repair can also be performed, if needed, to make things look symmetrical.  The laser treatments should help in this area as well.

Since you do not want surgery, Skin Tyte (infrared light) is an excellent option.  It does require a series of treatments about a month apart.  It heats the deep collagen in the skin so that the skin contracts.  It is very comfortable and feels a bit like an ultrasound procedure generating warmth.  It is important that it is tailored to your skin type.  The number of treatments will depend on your body's response.  We have been very happy with it in the abdomen and also after liposuction to tighten skin.

Looking at your photos it appears that you could benefit from a skin tightening procedure.  The new Thermage FX would be a great way for you to proceed.  Of course a tummy tuck would permanently remove the excess skin but you would be left with a long scar from the procedure.  Please consult an expert in skin tightening who has the new Thermage FX laser. Thanks for your photo and question. Your best result would definitely be achieved with a ‘tummy tuck’ aka abdominoplasty. However, there are other things that you can do with lesser results. The result with skintyte would be somewhat unpredictable and will likely involve multiple treatments, but there will be no scar, no pain and no downtime. The results vary on your skintype, overall health and skin quality. I have seen some phenomenal and mediocre results. Best of luck to you.
