PRK Enhancement. Any suggestions?

Question

Has anyone had a PRK enhancement? I am 5 months post op and have one scheduled for one eye at the end of the month. My left eye is seeing about 20/25 but my right eye hasn't changed and is about 20/50.

If you have PRK and the results are not as good as they can be, then a PRK enhancement is suggested. I usually have the patient wait at least 6 months before retreatment; waiting even longer can sometimes be a good idea, if the eye measurements are still changing.

I stopped performing PRKs 20 yrs ago bc they hurt. Switched to LASEK which is still surface so safer than lasik but painless.you must post w more info or I can't give specific adviceageinitial rxcurrent residual rxif you had MMC intraop
