Not Happy with the Computer Simulation for my Invisalign Treatment, but the Doc Doesnt Change It? (photo)

From the picture you show, it is not immediately obvious what your concern is with the simulated treatment result. Try to be as specific as you can be in addressing your concern with your doctor, so he can take it into account for the refinement phase. Several factors besides alignment affect the final result, such as tooth shape, the fit of the bite, and the relative position of the upper and lower jaw. The good news is that with Invisalign treatment modifications and adjustments are possible at different points in the process. This is where your doctor's experience comes into play, so you can get what is best for your case.

Simulations are horrible. If you don't get what someone promised from a picture you'll never be happy. I believe they create false expectations. The doctor should be able to tell you what they can and can't achieve from experience.

It sounds like the doctor's fault unless he/she can explain to you why what you wanted is impossible.  The good news is that even if the aligners have been made it is always possible to ask for a refinement or midcourse correction and get things done the right way....it may cost some money but I don't think you should have to pay for it
